Batata Kachari is a simple and easy to make vegan Maharashtrian side dish/snack/appetizer recipe. This recipe requires marinating the potatoes in Indian spices, then coating them with mixture of flour and semolina and baking until crisp and done. Its in a way similar to the regular french fries/wedges just that it has more texture (due to the coating of flour and semolina), taste (from the Indian spices) and is much healthier than the deep fried french fries.

Avocado Banana Smoothie is a creamy, rich and nutritious beverage consisting of the main ingredients banana and avocado along with milk some chia seeds, and milled flax seed. This can be made Vegan by using Almond or Soy milk. Its a great breakfast or snack option and is one of my go to smoothies for my daughter. Its a very healthy drink not only for kids but also for adults.
Banana Raisin Oatmeal has been my go to breakfast these days especially on the weekdays not only because its quick but because its healthy,nutritious, filling, and equally delicious. Don't we all want to eat healthy this year. Nothing better than oats to begin your day. Its keep me full longer cutting down my cravings to snack and helps me go through lunch. I keep alternating between my Egg Omelet and this oatmeal pretty much through out the week.
